B. SSL/TLS Data Encryption

Our website uses SSL resp. TLS data encryption in order to provide security of your communication with us through the internet. Generally speaking, it is not possible to infer personal information from this data and that is not our intention, in any case.

The only purpose of collecting this information is to help us ensure a faultless online service and to optimize our internet offering for you. We analyze this information for statistical purposes only – and on an anonymous basis – and carry out no further analysis of the data. In particular, we do not create or process personal surfing profiles or similar records.

 

D. Storage Period

We will store personal data which you provide to us only for the length of time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which you have provided the information to us (e.g., processing your request or order). E. Right of Access, Rectification, Restriction of Processing and Deletion

The lawfulness of the processing of your data remains unaffected up until the time of the withdrawal of consent.

Right of Objection in Particular Situations as well as against Direct Advertising (Art. 21 GDPR)

If the data collection is based upon Art. 6 (1) lit e or f, GDPR, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to our processing of your data, provided this objection is based on the legal basis of “legitimate interests”. If you exercise your right to object, we will cease the processing of your data unless there are compelling legitimate reasons for the further processing, which override your rights.

In as far as data is processed to provide direct advertising to you, you have the right at any time to object to such processing of your personal data. This also applies to any profiling connected to direct advertising. If you exercise your right to object, we will cease the processing of your data for such purposes.

 

G. Right of Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority

In case of violation of any of the terms of the GDPR, you have the right to complain to the competent government supervisory authority regarding our processing of your data. This right of complaint exists independently of any administrative or judicial remedies.

 

H. Technical Details of Data Collection

1.    Cookies

Our website, like most others, uses so called “cookies”. Cookies help to make our web offering free of faults, user friendly, effective and safe.

  • Time and duration of the server request

These data are collected on the basis of our legitimate interests, as defined in Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR, in the provision of an optimized web services free of faults and in the quality of the experience of our users.

We will not combine this data with data from other sources to create surfing profiles or similar personalized data sets.

3.    Contact Form

When you send us a request using the contact form on our website, we will store the data you entered including your contact details in order to be able to respond to and process your request as well as follow-on requests. We will not pass on this data without your permission. We will delete the data arising in this context after the storage is no longer necessary.

We process those information on the basis of our legitimate interests, as defined in Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR, in providing timely and relevant responses to the requests of our customers. 5.    Google Analytics

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”), 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
